Claims of copyright infringement should include
all of the following:

Indemnification

conditions, and Woody's Pet Watch, LLC suffers any damages, losses
or costs (meaning, we have to pay out money to a third party or we

represent us) as a result of or in connection with such conduct, you
will compensate us for all such damages, losses, and costs.
Jurisdiction
This site is owned and controlled by Woody's Pet
Watch, LLC from its offices within the State of Nebraska. If there
is any questions about the validity of these terms of service or
about whether they apply to you or your use of this site, Nebraska
law will apply without the court's considering whether the law of
some other state or entity should apply. If you want to sue us for
some reason, you agree to do so only in the federal courts for the
District of Nebraska or the Nebraska state courts located in the
Omaha judicial district. You also agree that those courts may have
personal jurisdiction over you, which means that you will have to
defend here in Nebraska any suit that arises out of these terms and
conditions or your use of this site.
Other Terms of Use
If any of these terms and conditions turns out to be
illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable, that will not affect the
other terms and conditions on this legal page.
This is the entire agreement between you and Woody's
Pet Watch, LLC concerning your use of this site. It can't be changed
except by a written document that is signed by you and someone who
is authorized to bind Woody's Pet Watch, LLC.
