Here are a few helpful scheduling tips!

  • The client should schedule pet sitting services well in advance.  The main office will be happy to discuss any special circumstances or urgent matters with less than 3 days notice. 
  • The pet’s vaccinations should be current before the first scheduled visit.
  • Client will need to check the reservation confirmation and make any necessary schedule corrections as soon as possible.
  • Clients should review the account profile to assure that all information and instructions are current and applicable.

How many visits should you schedule?

  • Dogs require at least one visit every 12 hours.  Although, three visits per day are strongly recommended.  
  • Cats require at least one visit every 24 hours.  However, one visit every 12 hours is suggested.
  • Woody’s Pet Watch makes no exceptions on this policy since it is for the health of your pets.

Be familiar with the cancellation policy before you schedule pet sitting services.  

Non-Holiday Cancellations

  • Woody’s Pet Watch requires a 24-hour notice for early returns and cancellations of non-holiday service. Therefore, a charge of one visit will be applied when less than 24-hours notice is provided.
  • Woody’s Pet Watch will keep any remaining balance on account as a service credit.  The client may use the service credit for one year from the first date of the cancelled service.  
  • Service credit will become unavailable after one year and the balance will be non-refundable.

Holiday Cancellations

  • Woody’s Pet Watch requires a 7 day notice for any cancellations of holiday services.  
  • Holidays are considered to be any scheduled bookings that include or are within 3 days of major holidays.  
  • The major holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
  • The fee for a late cancellation is 50% of the invoice total.  This cancellation fee will be non-refundable. 
  • Woody’s Pet Watch will keep any remaining balance on account as a service credit.  
  • The client may use the service credit for one year from the first date of the cancelled service.
  • Service credit will become unavailable after one year and the balance will be non-refundable.
